All garments and products displayed on our website are subject to availability. We make every effort to ensure that colours, fabrics, and embroidery details are represented accurately, though slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature of our craft and differences in display settings.

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue products, or correct typographical errors at any time without prior notice. The price confirmed at checkout is the price you will be charged.

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging receipt. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order; acceptance occurs when we dispatch your garment. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Payment must be received in full before your order is processed, except for bespoke commissions where an advance may be required. We accept major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other methods displayed at checkout. For bespoke and high-value orders, our concierge may arrange staggered payments.

We offer complimentary shipping within India and insured international courier worldwide. Ready-to-ship pieces are dispatched within 2–3 business days, while made-to-order and bespoke couture requires 4–6 weeks or more of crafting time.

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the specified address.

Ready-to-ship pieces may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact. Please review our Returns & Exchanges page for full details on eligibility and the initiation process.

Made-to-order and bespoke garments are crafted exclusively for you and are therefore non-returnable and non-refundable. We do, however, offer complimentary alterations at all our ateliers to ensure a flawless fit.

All content on this website — including designs, embroidery motifs, photographs, illustrations, logos, text, and graphics — is the exclusive property of Sheshri Fashion and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or otherwise use any content from our website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Each Sheshri creation is an original work of artistry, and our designs may not be replicated.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sheshri Fashion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. You use the site at your own risk and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
