Orders & Shipping
Ready-to-ship pieces are dispatched within 2-3 business days. Made-to-order and bespoke couture pieces require 4-6 weeks of crafting time, as each garment is hand-embroidered and tailored to your measurements.
Yes, we ship worldwide via insured courier. International delivery typically takes 7-14 business days after dispatch. Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Absolutely. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. For bespoke commissions, we also share production progress updates at key milestones.
Complimentary shipping is offered across India on all orders. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
Couture & Bespoke
Made-to-order pieces are crafted from our existing designs in your chosen size and colour. Bespoke commissions are entirely custom - from fabric and silhouette to embroidery motifs - created in collaboration with our design atelier.
Yes. Most of our pieces can be customised in colour palette, fabric, and embroidery intensity. Please mention your preferences at checkout or contact our concierge team for a custom quote.
